# Profile Assigner

Move one user or many users to another user profile, and choose what happens to their data.

Calls the Kiteworks MCP assign_user_profile tool for one user or bulk_assign_profile for many, to move users to another user profile. A profile change can delete or keep a user's unshared data, and you choose which before you confirm. Kiteworks returns a confirmation step before anything changes. Works only for Kiteworks admins on a tenant whose admin has scoped the Kiteworks MCP app; other users get a permission error.
