Create a new user profile in Kiteworks from a chat request, after you confirm.

Calls the Kiteworks MCP create_user_profile tool to create a new user profile. Kiteworks returns a confirmation step before anything changes. Works only for Kiteworks admins on a tenant whose admin has scoped the Kiteworks MCP app; other users get a permission error.
