What it does

Calls the Kiteworks MCP create_mailbox tool to create a shared mailbox and update_mailbox_members to change who is in it. delete_mailbox exists only when the connector runs with destructive tools enabled; creating a mailbox and editing its members work without that setting. Kiteworks returns a confirmation step before anything changes. Works only for Kiteworks admins on a tenant whose admin has scoped the Kiteworks MCP app; other users get a permission error.

You

Create a shared mailbox called Kestrelvane Claims and add Ana Ruiz (ana.ruiz@example.com).

Shared Mailbox Manager

Creating the shared mailbox Kestrelvane Claims with create_mailbox, then adding ana.ruiz@example.com with update_mailbox_members…

Kiteworks returns a confirmation step before anything changes. The confirmation is valid for 5 minutes.
